  • Allison - Instructor

Before moving to South Florida 7 years ago, Allison spent 25 years living and working in NYC consumed with her career in the Fashion Industry.  Fitness was always a staple in Allison’s life and she has always been passionate about her exercise regimen.

In her mid 30’s, she became pregnant with twin boys and left the industry to become a full time mom.  Allison and her family moved to Florida in 2017 and she immediately fell in love with Pilates.  From student to becoming a certified instructor, Allison continues her ongoing Pilates education.

In her downtime, she spends time traveling to see old friends, her boys on college campuses and time at home with her husband and their 80lb Sheepdoodle Mack.

  • Katrina - Instructor

Katrina believes that Pilates is more than just exercise—it's a way to connect with people and empower them through movement.  With a background in dance and over 23 years as a Horticulturist/Arborist, Katrina understands the importance of physical well-being.  Her own journey with Pilates, using it to rehabilitate her back and strengthen her core, inspired her to become a certified instructor through Classical Pilates Education.  She is passionate about sharing the original classical Joseph Pilates method, along with a contemporary spin. She believes that Pilates is for everyone regardless of age or experience. Whether you're a beginner, an advanced student, or working through an injury, Katrina provides personalized attention and creates a supportive environment.  She cherishes the bonds she forms with her clients, many of whom have become close friends.  Pilates is her lifestyle, and she loves sharing it with others.

  • Sarah - instructor

Sarah grew up in Indianapolis, IN, where she developed a passion for dance early on. At the age of 13, she discovered Pilates as a way to rehab from an injury, and she has loved it ever since. The practice helped her build strength, flexibility, and body awareness, complementing her dance training. After graduating with a BFA in Dance Performance from Butler University, Sarah moved to Southern California to pursue her dreams. There, she danced professionally with a contemporary ballet company and participated in various dance projects, honing her skills and versatility.

In 2018, Sarah received her comprehensive Pilates certification with a specialization in dance from BASI, combining her passion for both fields to help others reach their full potential.

Recently, Sarah moved to Southern Florida to be closer to family, where she continues to inspire others through Pilates. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the beach with her husband, Evan, and their golden retriever, Bailey.

  • Elyssa - Instructor

Elyssa holds a degree in Special Education and spent a decade teaching children with learning disabilities before starting her own family. A lifelong Pilates enthusiast, Elyssa credits her consistent practice with helping her prepare physically and mentally for the birth of her identical twin boys.

After two years as a stay-at-home mom, Elyssa chose to merge her passion for Pilates with her professional life. She is certified in Power Pilates (Mat and Full Comprehensive) as well as Xtend Barre. With over 27 years of personal Pilates experience and 15 years of teaching, she brings deep knowledge and enthusiasm to every session.

When there is down time, Elyssa loves to read, do puzzles and spend time with her husband, her boys, and the families two beloved dogs, Riesling and Porter.

  • Ola - Instructor

Ola first came to Pilates after years of running, lifting, and pushing through pain. Like many, she thought strength came from intensity—until her knees started speaking louder than her willpower. That’s when she found the power of mindful movement.

What began as a physical practice quickly became a full-body conversation: Pilates helped Ola listen more closely, move more intelligently, and connect strength with grace. Along the way, practices like yoga, barre, and functional fitness supported and deepened her approach.

Whether you’re building strength, recovering from injury, or simply looking to reconnect with yourself, Ola’s goal is to meet you where you are - and help you feel strong, aligned, and inspired.
